Gulf Beach Condominium suffered both wind and surge damage during Hurricane Ian. The storm incurred structural damage to the building and the building must now be demolished. We have received permission from the city to take down the building. When we finish the redevelopment of the complex (late 2025/early 2026), Gulf Beach will have larger, more modern accommodations and still retain that small complex feel that we have always loved. And we will still have the gorgeous views and ideal location that has made this condo so special. We will continue to update you on our progress.
