        Greetings from beautiful Sanibel Island, Florida
       Welcome to our website and a preview of our Sanibel Island rental condos. First, let us tell you a little about ourselves. We are not novices in the condominium rental business here on Sanibel Island. Twenty-two years ago we purchased our very first condominium on Sanibel. We soon found that the quality accommodations that we offered were in such high demand that we could offer it directly to our guests at a substantial saving to them and to us, i.e. without paying a rental agency fee. Our guests enjoyed that Sanibel Island condo so much that we acquired two additional units. If these condos are full, we also rent three units that are virtually identical to ours that belong to friends on Sanibel Island. So, with six gorgeous Sanibel Island condos, we have good availability most of the time and can offer multiple units in the same complex. We are members of the Sanibel Captiva Chamber of Commerce.


        Over 2/3 of Sanibel Island is wild life preserve with tropical birds and animals. You will fine that Sanibel has no high-rise condominium nor are there any stoplights on the island. Lean back and enjoy Sanibel Island's unique relaxing ambiance.


          We fell in love with Sanibel Island on a business trip and returned a few months later to purchase our first condominium. We believe that you too will fall in love with Sanibel Island as we did. We look forward to sharing our home away from home with you.

Tarpon Beach #301 is a short walk to the Bailey Tract
        of the National Wildlife Refuge. A smaller complex of 30
        units. Has a tennis court.

Gulf Beach # 103 is near the Lighthouse and Old
       Sanibel Fishing Pier. Smallest Complex of 14 Units. Boat Dock
       on Canal.

Sand Pointe #226 is next to the famous Riviera
        Restaurant.  A small complex of 45 units. The grounds
        feature a picturesque lagoon.
