When we need to collect personally identifiable information from you in order to place a reservation, we will ask you to voluntarily supply us with the information we need. For example, if you would like to make a reservation, we will ask you for information such as name, address, telephone number, email address and number in your party to process your reservation. We will use your email address or address to send a confirmation and, if necessary, might use the other information to contact you for help in processing the reservation. We will also use your address to:

1) send you a “Bon Voyage” letter to detail places to go, things to do, and restaurant recommendations to arrive about two weeks before your departure.

2) send you periodic (usually once a year) “Sanibel Updates” that relays to you changes in our rates, amenities and any changes in Sanibel Island life.

You can opt out of mailings at any time.

We will not divulge your information to any other parties other than the company that collects rent and deposits for your reservation.
