Choose your vacation home away from home,
All three Sanibel Island condos are very similar and have the same convenient floor plan. The following describes all of
the Sanibel Island rental units. The living room opens to a screened balcony via sliding glass doors, as does the master bedroom. The master has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has twins. There are two bathrooms with tub and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with the complete inventory recommended by the rental agencies plus many extras. The unit also boasts at least two TVs, VCR, DVD,
and entertainment center with CD player. The balcony has comfortable outdoor furniture. One can enjoy the beautiful Gulf view from the balcony, living room, dining area, kitchen or master bedroom. It’s fun to watch the pelicans and dolphins play near the shore. The maid service will have the condo ready for your arrival. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Our Sanibel Island rental manager provides 24-hour maintenance. There are table games and a small library. We also provide chairs and towels for the beach. Before you leave home, we will send you a five-page letter describing all the restaurants we’ve tried (now over thirty) along with shopping and points of interest on Sanibel Island.
