Sand Pointe Condominium now has a roof!!!!!

The metal for the rooftop should be installed this month. When completed,  the installation of the plumbing, electricity, and wallboard.  We have already hired a contractor to complete the reinvention of the condo. When finished, your home away from home will have the same wonderful views, but everything in the condo will be brand new, We hope to be able to host you as soon as summer 2024.
We will continue to update you as the construction continues.
